Our 45,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility provides our customers with complete solutions all under one roof—from dough making to proofing to par-baking to MAP-packed topped pizzas—we can do it all. We leverage Donatos’ 50+ years of pizza-making knowledge and experience by offering a variety of sheeted dough formulas, shapes, and sizes, as well as proofing, par-baking, and two-stage spiral freezing.

In our Toppings room, we have two freezing tunnels, cheese waterfalls, and advanced targeting applications that ensure the utmost in high quality appearances and consumer satisfaction. We can top pizzas with an array of sauces, cheeses, meats, and vegetables.
Our Packaging room is unique in the industry, comprised of two Multivac modified atmosphere packaging machines that provide extended shelf life capabilities—as well as an X-ray detection station—giving greater peace of mind to our refrigerated deli customers as well as consumers.
